Therapists are often highly impactful in our emotional maturation.
They ask after our feelings and perspectives, hear us, validate. They offer safe space to be authentic, support, and insights to help us grow.
But therapy has a limited scope of practice, There are strict professional lanes.
Further, not all therapists are talented, unbiased, or not messed up in their own emotional world.
That means, much of our emotional landscape we must learn to navigate on our own.
To me, emotional wellness has been the most potent form of medicine - and I’ve tried everything from Nootropics to Nervines, fasting to frequency treatments.
This is why I’m on a mission to teach emotional wellness to as many as possible while I’m on this planet.
All to say, whenever you’re ready, I’m here to teach you a framework I’ve created with my background in behavior change, Neuroscience, and Ayurveda. It’s transformed the way I move through life, and exponentially helped my happiness quotient. That has been replicated in hundreds of students and clients practicing with this approach.

Online Workshops
No one else can truly know what we are feeling the way we do. We are best positioned to sense inner conflict, discomfort, guidance, alignment, attraction, repulsion, etc. These are emotional states which can guide our choices to continually improve our experience.
We have to learn emotional skills (recognizing and responding to feelings), build emotional intelligence (making choices based on awareness of emotional needs and patterns ). Then, we can “do the work.”
“The work” is the inner growth of changing dysfunctional patterns to healthy ones, and thereby having a safe, supported, and pleasant experience of life (most of the time).
Otherwise, we stay stuck in repeat cycles of emotional turmoil. We weaken our immunity, create inflammation and metabolic dysfunction to mirror our subtle body patterns in the physical body.
The research is clear: emotional wellness is the strongest preventive factor for chronic degenerative disease.
Our own experience is also clear: going through the same painful experiences again in different settings with different people feels terrible. Building emotional skills and intelligence is the only way to exit default dysfunctional patterns.

While Ayurveda is frequently reduced to designing spa treatments or cleanses, and emotional health is often reduced to therapy sessions, this retreat illuminates a path to emotional wellness through the perspectives and tools of Ayurveda.
Ayurveda is the practice of recognizing your patterns and consciously shifting them towards greater wellness. Just as you can heal unhealthy patterns in your digestive experience, you can do the same in all the parts of your life experience.
We will also dive into embodiment practices, like yoga, dancing, breathing, and soundbathing.
