Dr. Siva, Sunshine & QVLN have worked with people across continents for over 15 years. We are living testament to the benefits of Ayurveda, because the way we eat, self care and move through life is inspired by it.
With an MD, and background in Neuroscience and behavior change (MPH), Dr. Siva Mohan presents a unique East-West Mind-Body version of Ayurveda. A best selling author, she guides her audience to individualized wellness lifestyle with tools and approaches from Ayurveda, emotional wellness, and functional medicine.
Sunshine Zerda brings martial arts mastery, yogic wisdom, and gymnastic precision to wellness education worldwide. Her infectious energy and expertise guide both seasoned practitioners and newcomers toward physical, mental, and spiritual transformation, earning acclaim throughout the global wellness community.
QVLN pushes musical boundaries as a singer-songwriter, violinist, and composer who treats voice and violin as instruments of exploration. With studies spanning Japan, Brazil, and India, his improvisational artistry opens new emotional and spiritual territories for listeners, positioning him at the cutting edge of genre evolution.

Loved ones not participating in our reset program do not need to pay the retreat tuition. Kids over 13 can participate and are considered as adults. The kids club is open 9-5 everyday for children age 4-13.
Palmaia's discounted rates below are locked in for us until January 1, 2026. After booking the retreat with us, we help you coordinate your booking direct with the resort.
