Well, considering this mentorship program sells out several months in advance - not much! Exhale.
However, PLEASE add members@ayurvedabysiva.com to your contacts, or drag an email from us to your main inbox.
We will email about 2 weeks before Mentorship to confirm the TIME & DAY. If there are two cohorts, you will be asked to select your preference.
For NOW, plan for Wednesday mornings in EST.
Block out the 8 weeks in your Calendar. If possible, avoid travel, being too busy or stressed. Less Vata means a more successful mentorship impact.
