Spring Spirit Cleanse

  1. So, everyone’s talking about cleanses this time of year, and in my last note to you, I gave guidance on how to tailor a cleanse to what you need.

Cleansing isn’t limited to diets, and coffee enemas.

When we clean house in the physical, it does benefit the nonphysical. And, vice versa. So, ideally, we’re doing the whole shabang, and taking advantage of the synergy.

Spring, in particular, is a great time to counter the Kapha energetics in our nonphysical. This time of year is when we want to examine signs of Kapha excess, or imbalance in our emotions, our relationships, and our sanctuaries.

Here’s a little self check in to take a look at where you may be experiencing accumulation, stagnation, or blockage. This could be a deep dive conversation over the course of hours, and I hope you’ll take it there with the people in your life into wellness and self discovery.

But, I also created this to be something we could do at lunch with ourselves and get some good insight.

    Emotions

    1. What areas of life do I feel the heaviest about? In each of these areas, how can I bring in some clearing, some support, or some baby steps towards resolution? What feels like the easiest next step for each area?
    2. What are my current unfulfilled intentions? Star the ones which bother you the most. What are simple baby steps I can take towards any of these intensions becoming a reality?

     Relations

    1. In my activities with others, is there anything I can put down - anything that I don’t feel motivated to do any longer? May I have the grace and wisdom to put down whatever is not feeling nourishing.
    2. Are there relationships which are depleting me that I can take a few steps back from?

     Sanctuary

      1. What spaces do I spend the most time in? What does it feel like to be in these spaces? How do I want to feel in these spaces? What changes would serve my desired experience?
      2. What can I let go of in my home? How can I bring in more clarity, warmth, and harmony?

Remember love, you don't have to solve everything right away. Just building the awareness of what is not feeling good is enough. This awareness will naturally, organically, lead you to healthier choices.

Just check in with yourself, and digest what you find. Let what you feel guide you to what feels better.

Moving past the resistance to consider what I can release,

    Siva
