Where wellness retreats fall short

We all love a good yoga retreat. I've led, taught and curated them for over 15 years. I found that all in all, something was off. Too many participants, too busy, too Vata... Even though I had a great time, I came home overstimulated.

With the luxury wellness spas, I can get the cutting edge treatments I love. But, they were missing soul, and tend to be sterile, awkward medical environs. They lack connection and holistic aspects.

I started craving a more intentional and rejuvenative experience. One that wasn't centered on herding 20 people on an ambitious schedule. One that offered the latest in biotech, but immersed in Nature.

I searched far and wide. There are no MDs leading wellness like this. There simply is nothing that combines ancient and modern technologies in an intimate container. There's definitely nothing out there which addresses biophysiology and emotions.

This is me - raw and uncut - sharing what made this retreat so incredible. I'm literally in a Cenote, bats flying around, no makeup, speaking from the heart. I hope this resonates with your heart calling.

Modern medicine, to me, is about taking advantage of all the tools we have access to, and customizing the combination to achieve our healing goals.

For this to happen, we need to have experienced guidance from someone who can effectively prescribe both ancient and modern tools. That's my gift, and I'm looking forward to applying it towards your rapid rejuvenation protocol.
