Learn tools and practices to be happy amidst change. Because, stability is a skillset.
We'll guide you into yourself, hold space for you to dive deep, and send you off with some fresh perspectives and tools.
As this is a virtual experience, we'll open and close the experience together, and allow space for life to happen in between.
Each day, we'll enjoy
- a juicy 2 hour am practice with Ricky Tran - yoga, pranayam, meditation, mindset shifting (see description below)
- a 2-3 hour afternoon interactive self inquiry sessions with Dr. Siva - emotional wellness and tools from Ayurveda (more below)
We'll send recordings and resources to support stability beyond our time together. It will be organized nicely so it's easy to reference.
I’ll guide us through a multi-level hatha/vinyasa yoga practice, appropriate for beginners and beyond.
Stability is one of the two cornerstones of asana practice. We develop stability in our yoga postures by practicing qualities like strength, balance, flexibility, stamina and focus.
Each class will begin with a short talk, followed by some yoga purifications (kriya and bandha). For our physical practice, I put together a seamless sequence of simple, yet challenging, positions with modifications for all levels. Class will end with pranayama, chanting and meditation/relaxation.
Expect to listen intently, work intelligently and rest in stillness.
I want to talk, share stories and lead self-reflection. My hope is that we gain insight on our individual patterns. I'd love to help you customize your stability skillset, so you leave with clarity on what would best help you feel stable in times of change.
We'll do an interactive session more focused on Ayurvedic tools for stability, and the second day we'll turn to the emotional side of stability.
